Bhekilizwe Bernard Ndlovu

Chief Happiness & Productivity Officer

Ndlovu's career has been marked by a passion for learning and growth. He began as a primary and high school teacher, later transitioning into human resources management, where he worked with several blue-chip companies in Zimbabwe. He then moved to South Africa, where his experience included working with NGOs such as Dramatic Need, Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator, and Drama for Life, the Applied Drama Division of Wits University.

After 13 years in South Africa, Ndlovu returned to Zimbabwe to serve as Human Capital Director for a property development company before founding Happiness & Productivity Co., which he currently leads.

Under Ndlovu's leadership, Happiness & Productivity Co. has developed innovative programs, projects, spaces, modules and services, including a unique Employment Agency that requires candidates to complete specific modules before being considered for placement, and the Global Mental Fitness Peer Educators for High Schools Program, a flagship online program designed by Ndlovu, focusing on mental fitness education for high school students.

As CHPO, Ndlovu is driven to empower individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential by prioritizing happiness and productivity, which he asserts have a scientific relationship. His expertise in mental fitness, behavioral change, human resources management, and applied drama makes him a unique thought leader in his field.

Khayelihle Tshuma Chief Administrator

Khayelihle Tshuma is an accomplished administrative professional and community leader with over a decade of experience spanning the banking, education, finance, and engineering sectors.

As Chief Administrator, she brings a strong foundation in organisational systems, people management, and strategic coordination, qualities that ensure operational excellence and a nurturing environment for the academy's vision to thrive.

Throughout her career, Khayelihle has held key administrative positions at Masiyephambili Junior School, Sedon Finance, and Blackshaw Engineering (South Africa). Her diverse experience has honed her ability to manage complex operations, foster teamwork, and implement structures that enhance productivity and impact. Khayelihle's professional path reflects a commitment to growth, accountability, and lifelong learning. Her extensive background in administration and business management has equipped her with strong analytical, organisational, and leadership capabilities, allowing her to navigate both corporate and community spaces with equal effectiveness.

Beyond her administrative expertise, Khayelihle is passionate about empowerment and social transformation. She has pioneered several community initiatives, including women's empowerment projects, feeding programs for the less privileged, and the Healing Balm, a mentorship program for girls, a platform dedicated to building confidence, emotional strength, and purpose among young women.

Khayelihle believes that true transformation begins within. Guided by faith and compassion, she strives to cultivate spaces where individuals can discover healing, clarity, and strength of mind.

Allan Brian Chibisa is a seasoned Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Specialist with over two decades of hands-on experience spread across the manufacturing, mining, energy, telecommunications, financial services, construction, and retail sectors.

As Board Chairman, he brings cross-border consulting depth, grounded strategic thinking, and a systems-oriented mindset shaped by extensive engagement across Southern and Eastern Africa. Chibisa's foundation was in SHE (Safety, Health & Environment). Translating the systems rigor of that area, he transitioned into the areas of human resources, knowledge management, and organizational effectiveness.

He enjoys working with start-ups and has a passion for Africa, strategy, food production, and health. His unique strength lies in blending people dynamics with systems thinking - crafting solutions where human capability and organizational structures align for sustained impact.

Monica Gondo Non-Executive Board Member

Monica Gondo is a distinguished AI and Cybersecurity Specialist with over 20 years of experience spanning academia and industry. As Board Member, she provides strategic leadership and governance to advance innovation and digital transformation across Southern and Eastern Africa.

Her academic and professional journey reflects a commitment to excellence, capacity building, and ethical technology adoption. She believes that technology is not just about systems—it's about empowering people and shaping ethical futures.

Monika's career is marked by leadership roles and impactful contributions in academia and technology. She has served as Lecturer in the Computer Science Department since 2009, Chairperson of the Information Technology Department (2014–2016), and Postgraduate Programme Coordinator since 2021. She is also an Academic Regulation Committee Member, Adjunct Lecturer at multiple institutions including Zimbabwe Defence University, and Data Protection Officer Trainer since 2023, spearheading national training programs under HIT and POTRAZ.

Her contributions extend to national ICT policy development, capacity-building projects, and international collaborations. She initiated the Data Science HIT Student Chapter (2022) and ISACA Student Chapter (2024), and serves as Scientific Committee Chair for African Woman in Data Science.
